The position
As Organisational Development Lead at [xxxxx], you will assume a pivotal role in steering transformative change across the enterprise. Operating within a dynamic environment, you will engage in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and HR professionals to facilitate the execution of strategies from an organisational standpoint. Your key responsibilities will encompass: • Driving organisational effectiveness and design initiatives to enable strategy execution.
• Translating corporate strategy into concrete organisational challenges and opportunities.
• Setting standards and best practices for organisational design to guide senior leaders and HR Business Partners.
• Developing strategic approaches to workforce planning using insights from analytics and business strategy.
• Building relationships with stakeholders to identify current and future organisational development needs.
• Collaborating with other Centres of Excellence to ensure a holistic response to business challenges.
• Sharing best practices and acting as the focal point for organisational development within [xxxxx]. The position is based in Bagsværd, Denmark.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
• Strong expertise in organisational design; skilled in designing organisations to fit the strategy based on organisational insights, theory and best practices. • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to build partnerships.
• Proficiency in data analytics to extract valid insights for organisational development initiatives.
• Problem-solving and project management experience.
• Effective communication and storytelling skills to convey complex information to different audiences.

You excel in maintaining structured processes and driving quantifiable advancements. About the department
You will become part of the Organisational Development and M&A team anchored within the SVP area P&O Business Partnering. Our collective responsibility encompasses steering enterprise-level organisational development, fortifying capabilities within this domain, establishing workforce planning benchmarks across [xxxxx], and spearheading M&A activities within the P&O organisation. Comprising 16 dedicated professionals with diverse expertise, our team fosters an informal yet collaborative environment, characterised by direct and effective communication.
