In this role, as our new Supply Chain Specialist in our Centre of Excellence (CoE), your overall objective is to support a competitive, responsive, and agile supply chain. You will work with our affiliates across the Nordics (Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Norway) by coordinating various activities and tasks on behalf of our two Supply Chain CoE Managers. The role will be a mix of both support through hands on operational activities and coordination between supply chain stakeholders. Your days will never look the same, but you can expect:
  • Supporting SC managers on ad hoc tasks, and consistently providing high quality operational support

  • Handling daily inquiries on various topics from the four affiliates (typically from Finance & Operations, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory)

  • Facilitating interactions with our third-party logistic providers and wholesalers regarding order-2-cash (O2C) inquiries, enabling a reliable customer journey

  • Facilitating best practice sharing across affiliates and engaging in CoE joint events

  • Working side by side with our Global Business Support team to ensure robust processes and access to reliable data

  • Qualifications The ideal candidate has a previous exposure to supply chain coordination or planning, ideally with a background in pharma; we are also open to FMGC, biotech, life sciences, or another authority-regulated environment. In addition you have the following requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent disciplines
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills
  • Proficiency level of English as well as good level of Danish, Swedish or Norwegian
  • Proficiency in using the MS Office package, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience in working with process improvements, together with some experience of working in cross-cultural teams and cross-organizational stakeholder management is a plus
  • About the Department The NWE Regional O2C CoE is part of the North West Europe (NWE) Supply Chain Department. The team is responsible for driving operational excellence within O2C processes by establishing best practices and standardization, optimizing 3PL operational management and ensuring a robust House in Order. Our specialist team supports operations in the Nordic countries and in Portugal, and also works closely together with our Global Business Support team in Bangalore.
