Global End-to-End Planner: Drive tactical supply/demand decisions

We are seeking a highly talented Global End-to-End Planner to optimize the supply chain network at [xxxxx]. The position is a temporary full-time role for 14 months, to cover for one of our End-to-End planners who will be on maternity leave. You will be reporting to the Senior Manager of S&OP Planning & Analytics and the position is based in Bagsværd, Denmark.

As our Global End-to-End Planner, you will be a key player in driving the S&OP process, from a data and analytical standpoint, leveraging our Integrated Business Planning solution of the future, OMP.

Working closely with our S&OP Business Partner, you will be generating end-to-end volume plans, optimizing them using scenarios and simulations, and driving alignment around S&OP decisions.

Your expertise in generating recommendations and outlining the impact on various decision metrics will be crucial to your success in this role.

You will play a significant role in ensuring proactive planning for efficient asset utilization, maintaining the right inventory levels, and securing uninterrupted supply to patients globally, at competitive costs – all without comprising quality and compliance.

Ensuring regulatory flexibility and right-level robustness in supply chains is another key responsibility of this role.

Qualifications
To qualify, you should have a master’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Finance, or a similar field, with relevant work experience at a large company, preferably within life science. You must have hands-on experience in tactical planning and a sharp eye for details. Your strong analytical mindset
and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with your system mindset, will make you a perfect fit. System experience with advanced planning systems such as OMP, APO or alike is considered an advantage.
