The position As our new Global Medical Affairs Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our areas’ administrative functions. Your main tasks will be:
  • Calendar planning, travel arrangements and department meetings
  • Key opinion leader contracts and logistics
  • Line of business budget administration
  • Onboarding of new employees
  • Furthermore, you will assist with a variety of ad-hoc tasks ensuring the smooth running of our area. As part of the Global Medical Affairs coordinator team, you will be encouraged to collaborate across teams and organisation as well as to take responsibility related to shared activities. You will report to the VP of diabetes in Global Medical Affairs. Qualifications We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
  • Experience from a complex administrative role and maybe even the pharmaceutical industry
  • Highly skilled within MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience from coordinating and administering budget processes in a yearly wheel
  • English skills at business level both verbal and written
  • You are a fast learner and capable of working independently. You have a strong customer service mind-set and thrive in a role as go-to person. You can organise tasks and is well-structured with a sense for detail and a good overview at the same time. It is important that you can manage deadlines and can work with multiple and frequently changing priorities using good collaboration skills and a sense of humour.You are a natural planner who knows how to plan your days ahead, and you have a strong quality mindset. In a day-to-day setting you are known as a team-player with a can-do attitude. About the department The area is responsible for building and delivering credible consistent scientific communication across all phases of clinical development to bring new innovations forward to people living with diabetes, cardio-renal diseases and Alzheimer’s disease. You will be part of a team of 3 coordinators in the diabetes, cardio-renal and Alzheimer’s disease area ensuring the administrative success of the area, as well as a broad administrative network.
