The Position In our Corporate Facilities department, we need a new colleague who, in collaboration with our Waste Management team consisting of 8 dedicated individuals, will contribute to achieving results and making a difference. As we are on a fast growth journey, there are high demands for agility. As our future Contract Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring clear and open communication among all parties involved in the contract.
  • Monitoring agreed deadlines and ensuring mutual objectives are met.
  • Responsible for operational meetings and quarterly reviews with partners to ensure the fulfilment of agreed-upon goals and obligations.
  • Contributing to ensuring data discipline in our waste management practices.
  • Qualifications
  • Familiarity with waste management in a way that promotes sustainability and minimal environmental impact, as this is crucial to our commitment to social responsibility.
  • Ability to creatively think about recycling waste in ways that minimize our climate footprint.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Contract Manager or in a similar role, working on partnership development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Danish and English.
  • High experience in governance and stakeholder management, as well as an understanding of the importance of good dialogue and maintaining strong relationships in task resolution.
  • Additionally, it is valued that the candidate has the right personal profile, can build relationships, and can operate across the organization at all levels and in all professional communities.
  • You likely come from a similar role where you have experience in developing strong partnerships with suppliers. Your profile is targeted, structured, decisive, and proactive. You can establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure they fulfil contractual obligations and deliver the expected quality. About the Department Corporate Facilities consists of approximately 300 colleagues from various fields and is anchored within Finance, Legal, and Global Solutions. We enable [xxxxx] to focus on its core business by delivering simple and agile solutions for physical infrastructures such as campuses, properties, utilities, and workplaces. In addition, we offer facility management services and security operations.
