As an AI Partner, you will: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and refine them from a data science perspective Translate business requirements into modeling solutions and work with data scientists to develop and deliver machine learning models and frameworks Support the planning and execution of the advanced analytics projects, acting as a sparring partner to data scientists and participating in data analysis and hypothesis generation Promote a data-driven culture and increase advanced analytics literacy across the global finance organization through organizing hackathons and workshops Cultivate an Advanced Analytics community and help accelerate the AI ambition of the global finance organisation Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you hold a degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration or similar, and have 2+ years of project management experience with translating business requirements into machine learning/AI products.
Furthermore, we are looking for following qualifications: Proficient knowledge in corporate finance, preferably working experience in a finance department Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organisation Passion and ability to promote a digital culture through AI and increase AI/ML literacy in the global finance organization, while expanding the team’s AI/ML pipeline Proficient in crafting clear communication materials for a wide range of audiences Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions is a plus Fluency in English, both written and spoken About the Department
The Advanced Analytics team is part of the BI & Advanced Analytics department in the global finance organization. We are a highly diverse team consisting of data scientists, BI developers, project managers, and partners from different countries. Our team is united by a shared drive to develop and deliver data-driven solutions to our stakeholders. With the growing demand for advanced analytics solutions, we are expanding our team to drive even more use-cases and accelerate the digitalization ambition of the global finance organization.
