The position As Production Finance Partner, your primary responsibility is overseeing the financial management of our current tablet manufacturing of Rybelsus®, Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) products along with current project portfolio that turns into future products. Given the strategic importance of the products and their substantial growth potential, you actively contribute to enhancing our financial and control processes, fostering a seamless connection and transparency between business plans, activities, and resources to support decision making and ensure value creation. Furthermore, you are a key player in driving our systems and standards to the next level and building the foundation for solid productivity forecasting and analyses. Your main tasks involve:
• Conducting unit cost calculations, encompassing product costing and allocations within SAP, along with direct spend budgeting and monthly tracking.
• Overseeing production and inventory, including Scrap Provisions and Production Variances.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data validity and efficient Finance Workflows in SAP, establishing a strong link to business activities.
• Upholding Financial Compliance and ensuring House in Order by aligning accounting treatment and cost classifications with the Global Finance team.
• Serving as our future super-user on the complete SAP standard costing model, focusing on finance master data, budgeting, actual costs, and ensuring accurate allocations across the SVP area. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we believe you:
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting or similar, coupled with practical experience in an international manufacturing company
• Demonstrate proficiency in ERP systems, particularly in SAP (SAP ECC, SAP CO, SAP FI, SAP MM)
• Have experience within finance, including budgeting processes
• Experience with production accounting is an advantage, however most important is holding a genuine interest in learning and becoming skilled within:
• Unit cost calculations and productivity insights
• Production and supply chain finance controlling, such as production variance and inventory
• Direct spend and financial master data management, preferably in Winshuttle or SAP
• Display proficiency in both written and verbal English As a person, you work in a structured manner, demonstrating a keen eye for details.
