The position Your job will be to make sure that all our received customer complaint samples are registered and organized ready to be investigated. You will be responsible for the activities and processes in the Storage & Shipping room and that all processes related to customer complaint samples are running smooth and lean so they live up to Novo Nordisk’s high-quality standards. More specifically Your responsibilities will include among others:
  • Register received customer complaint samples in complaint system
  • Sort and prepare customer complaint samples so they are ready for investigation by our Complaint Associates
  • Contact to affiliates in case of error in or wrong shipments
  • Send customer complaint samples to investigators / production sites globally
  • Make sure that our archiving and destruction process is followed
  • You will also actively participate in ongoing improvement and optimization our processes related to customer complaint samples, ensuring the area always functions at a high level. Furthermore, you will assist the teams with various administrative activities such as ordering supplies and materials used when investigating complaint samples. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must have the following qualifications:
  • Experience from a similar role, where handling of samples or material through a system and related administrative tasks are key components
  • Have flair for IT, since many tasks must be done in our systems
  • Be able to communicate in English at a professional level (written and verbal) since all the written correspondence in the process will be in English
  • Familiarity with Novo Nordisk Products, the medical field, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or project management can be an advantage.

About the department Customer Complaint Centre is part of the Novo Nordisk Quality organization. We are more than 80 colleagues organized into 8 different departments, both in DK, India and US. You will be part of a team consisting of 10-15 dedicated administrative employees.
