The position The Data Analyst for the TMO will be responsible to develop models and visualize data related to, for example, capability & resource management, plan adherence or KPIs. The TMO is responsible for strategic portfolio management and project execution across the Integrated Quality units, developing capability and resource management models, establishing strategic KPIs, as well as development of processes, dashboards and tools needed for ensuring coordination and transparency across the different teams in the area.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Defining the data sets and building the required data models
  • Analyse the relevant data sets with the purpose to identify trends, correlations and patterns
  • Designing and creating data reports and dashboards
  • Continuously stay updated with the latest data analysis tools and techniques to drive innovation and improve efficiency

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science
  • Some years’ experience in data analysis, business intelligence or a related field and demonstrated ability to communicate data insights effectively
  • Proven track record on effective stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience with reporting platforms preferably PowerBI or Tableau, as well as with other applications of the Microsoft Power Platform will be seen as an advantage.

You get energy by understanding complex processes and enjoy making complex information simple for the target audience. Finally, you are curious and organized with high quality standards and the ability to spot opportunities for optimization.
    About the department
    TMO is part of Integrated Quality, an area that comprises around 300 highly skilled quality professionals based in Bagsværd, Denmark, and Bangalore, India. The primary objective of Integrated Quality is to develop and maintain our Quality Management System, which promotes robust business performance and simplifies quality processes. The responsibilities of this area includes process ownership of core quality processes, ownership and support of major quality-relevant IT systems, driving major cross-organizational improvement projects for Quality, and IT Quality.
