As a Senior Product Manager in Digital Health, you will be part of a dynamic and diverse team of designers and engineers, who collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to bring value to our patients.   • Preparing and driving a clear strategy, vision, and impact definition for your digital product portfolio, aligned with the business needs and goals

  • Working with the product team and stakeholders to ensure flow, agility, and sense of ownership, using agile and lean principles and practices

  • Pushing and enabling the product team to test with users frequently and validate assumptions, using user-centric and data-driven methods

  • Ensuring that the team works according to long-term product-thinking, rather than short-term project optimization

  • You will have the opportunity to apply a scientific approach to the design of innovative Digital Products. We expect you to challenge the status quo, be comfortable thinking outside of the box, and to make decisions based on greatest value for end users, through Design Thinking principles.     To succeed in this role, we imaging you meet most of the following:
  • Relevant degree within Design, Tech, Product Management, and/or Business

  • At least 3 years of experience in Digital Product Management

  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions and levels

  • Strong understanding of the digital product development lifecycle, emphasizing continuous discovery and delivery

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, and a flair for storytelling and visualisation

  • On a personal level, you are passionate about designing digital products and eager to have a positive impact. You have a growth mindset and curiosity to learn and experiment with new technologies and approaches. Lastly, you are comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, and able to kindle your entrepreneurial spirit navigating in a global matrix organisation. Joining [xxxxx]
