At [xxxxx], we have applied Building Management System (BMS) within our manufacturing plants, and we use BMS to support the pharmaceutical production processes. As a Business Analyst for the BMS solution, you will act as a liaison between the Line of Business/end users and the global BMS team.
As a BMS Business Analyst, you will be an integral part of an agile delivery team dedicated to continuous improvement and operational excellence, ensuring that our BMS solutions are not only robust and efficient but also adaptable to the ever-evolving needs of our global manufacturing processes. In this position, your role is responsible for:
  • Building a better insight into how BMS is used at the plants by identifying and analysing business requirements and translating them into vendor application requirements.

  • Pursuing standardization and business need fulfilment within the standard BMS applications.

  • Creating and implementing best practices with high impact on global business results.

  • Participating in solution deployments.

  • Running post-go-live satisfaction surveys, followed by analysis of problems and prioritising solutions based on data.

  • The position engages in both operations and ongoing projects. The team is scaling up its implementation rate and scope in the coming years, so the position will entail a lot of dynamics, require flexibility, and new ways of thinking. This role offers global engagement through online sessions with very limited travel requirements. The position is based in Denmark. What are we looking for?
    To be successful in the role, we believe you can tick off most of the following boxes:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Demonstrated success in a similar role.

  • Experience with the implementation of OT/IT solutions and troubleshooting, and familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

  • Ability to document analysis and provide constructive review of others analysis and designs.

  • Fluent written and oral English.

  • Knowledge of or experience in agile operations setup is a plus.

  • Working knowledge of Enterprise level BMS/FMS solutions will be an advantage.
