The position As Quality & Training Supporter, your primary task involves contributing to maintaining and developing quality and compliance of current production in DMS. You also play a central role in ensuring the most effective, efficient, and compliant training and competence development best suited for the business area. This role is central to quality management and reporting, covering a broad area within the business. Some of your key activities encompass:

Managing quality documentation and conducting investigations in the production area to ensure compliance with our Quality Management System

Contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of quality and compliance for current production and suppliers within DMS

Performing quality support tasks, including stakeholder meetings and KPI data updates

Providing support to receiving sites and internal production, ensuring all parties involved adhere to GMP requirements

Playing a key role in developing training materials, managing training systems, and assisting colleagues in creating a robust, aligned Lean training setup

Qualifications To be successful in this role, we image you:

Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering, natural sciences, or a related field

Demonstrate practical experience in both quality and training development within a GMP environment

Possess knowledge of QA/QC/ISO, cGMP and quality-standards in a Lean set-up

Showcase excellent organizational skills, proactively interacting with various departments, sites, and suppliers

Display proficiency in both spoken and written English and Danish

You will join DMS Moulding Production, which is responsible for ensuring high quality and effective manufacturing of moulded plastic components for prefilled pen systems in our internal production facility.
