The position As an Analytical Chemist, you will be responsible for part of the team's HPLC analyses and equipment. Your responsibilities will involve assessing and approving analysis results for product development, clinical use, and subsequent for releasing the product into the market. In collaboration with the team's Laboratory Technicians, you will contribute to resolving minor and complex issues, optimizing the methods so that we ensure that the methods can run stably when they are approved for the market. This will guarantee timely product launches with high-quality analysis methods. Primary focus areas within the team and the department include result approval, systematic problem-solving, and method optimization. Additionally, your role will encompass:
  • Participate in keeping equipment in a qualified state.
  • Continuous improvement and systematic problem solving, in line with cLEAN protocols.
  • Supporting the team's Laboratory Technicians in the day-to-day operations, ensuring a GMP and compliance level that meets the authority's requirements.
  • Preparation of various documentation such as protocols, reports, analysis regulations, instructions, deviations, change applications, and laboratory studies.

    Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Academic background in science such as chemistry, biology, biotechnology, or similar.
  • Familiarity with GMP, and previous experience in a similar position would be advantageous.
  • Experience with HPLC analyses and equipment.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing Danish at a professional level.

  • As an individual, we expect that you are characterized by a strong willingness to communicate, service orientation, and flexibility. You should bring a high degree of self-motivation, a pronounced team spirit, and demonstrate the ability to work independently.
    About the department BRD QC Hi handles chemical and biological analyses of API and finished products on 5 new BRD products. We are a department where optimization and problem-solving for new analysis methods is a core task; and at the same time, we are about to go to market on our first products. In everyday life, we handle many different tasks, from general approvals to problem-solving on our methods, equipment, or processes in the department. We have a significant focus on optimizing our methods, but we are also constantly looking at how we can make our processes and workflows even better. The department consists of approx. 60 employees, divided into 5 teams. For our HPLC 1 team, we are looking for a skilled chemist who has a Can-do approach and finds systematic problem-solving motivating.
