The Position
As a Senior Finance Partner in Fill & Finish, you will drive the budget and financial management of the area, and oversee the various projects and organisations anchored in Fill & Finish’s project portfolio. You will be involved in multiple business cases towards senior management and will interact with multiple stakeholders anchored in HQ functions and Fill & Finish’s global project organisation.

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Finance partnering across the entire project portfolio.
• Driving the annual financial processes and budgets to ensure successful resource allocation.
• Analysing data and creating insights to support senior management in decision making.
• Driving the agenda for reporting, process standardisation, and coherence across project organisations.
• Continuously improving the reporting environment and financial processes within Fill & Finish.
You will independently drive several initiatives simultaneously and work closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, which requires that you have a good overview and the ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you should have:
• A master’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance controlling and partnering setting (e.g. HQ finance function, production finance, accounting, financial advisory or similar).
• Strong analytical and strategic skills, and the ability to consistently deliver high quality reporting and material.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

About the Department
Fill & Finish is a newly established division within [xxxxx] and oversees the largest investment portfolio within [xxxxx]. The multi-billion DKK investment portfolio is being governed via the central ‘Programme Office’, in which the finance department is anchored. Programme Office is an international and high-performing organisation, consisting of more than 60 people from approximately 10 countries. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting to Fill & Finish management and other key stakeholders including [xxxxx] Corporate functions.
