The Position As one of our Senior Strategic Learning Leads, you will design and drive enterprise-wide solutions to develop the skills & mindset needed to succeed with the [xxxxx] core capabilities (e.g. New Therapy Areas, Innovation, Sustainability, Digitalisation). Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Strategic capabilities development that enables the exciting transformational journey [xxxxx] is on.
  • Proactively engage with a variety of senior stakeholders and their teams to identify their unique take on the core capability area in focus and co-create end-to-end solutions.
  • Develop innovative, state-of-the-art, end-user , and business result-oriented learning solutions and delivery models through applied thought leadership within learning & development.
  • Design blended learning initiatives on a big scale, spanning the entire value chain. Sometimes face-to-face or virtually, sometimes through communities, but always focused on applying the right learning modalities and technologies for the right context.
  • Engage with business leaders to gain buy-in and lead the way in ensuring sustainable behavioural change with tangible measurement of business impact and learning effectiveness.
  • Your contribution to this aspiration will be to take a leading role in developing, updating and executing on the strategic capabilities strategy for [xxxxx] in collaboration with senior stakeholders (within the Centre of Excellence (CoE) and Line of Business). Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to:
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in learning and development (L&D) obtained within a large, multi-national company.
  • Master the full spectrum of learning solutions (including different modalities), from the strategy and identification to the deployment of global solutions to building the required skills, mindset and lasting behavioural change.
  • Be able to work strategically as well as very hands-on and always make the end-users your primary focal point.
  • Have strong business understanding and communication skills which allow you to bring stakeholders onboard with grace and authority, even on difficult topics.
  • Be familiar with 5Di model or a similar design thinking approach to your learning solutions, products and initiatives.
  • Have experience managing global projects with tight deadlines and many stakeholders, both internal and external. Including leading a project team without the formal leadership role.
  • As a person, you have a creative mind and are not afraid to put untraditional ideas forward in a compelling fashion and with accuracy in your messaging. You have bold and visionary ideas for applying learning & development that make a difference across the entire value chain. Following ideas through to implementation – often via mobilisation of cross functional project groups- is your specialty and you are passionate about delivering effective and impactful solutions to end-users and the business. You usually hit the ground running on your projects and deliveries and work at a high pace, continuously focused on business impact. ***This position will be based in Bagsværd, Copenhagen, Denmark.
