The Position As an Associate Manager you will manage and develop a team of approx. 10 dedicated and talented employees and report to the Director of PS Technology Partnering. The position is based in Ballerup, Denmark. The main tasks will be to:
  • Motivate and coach people in a technical domain area.

  • Lead a healthy, engaging, and inclusive work environment.

  • Deliver digital solutions for complex processes to our colleagues in Product Supply.

We expect that you have:
  • M.Sc. or equivalent in a relevant field

  • Demonstrated experience in leading people through direct reports as a Manager or People Lead, including experience with providing continuous feedback to team members’ goals and development plans

  • Demonstrated experience with strategic goal setting

  • Excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management skills and acumen to present to a wider audience

  • A very structured approach to your work

  • Experience within Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe) and using Azure DevOps

  • As a person you are an ambitious and innovative team player who has a result-oriented way of working. You approach tasks with a high degree of structure, energy, curiosity, and a positive attitude. You have a flair for collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders. About the Department You will be part of the central unit PS Technology Partnering, where we change the way we work in Product Supply. Product Supply is the largest organisational unit in Novo Nordisk with 20,000+ employees globally across five continents, being responsible for the full supply chain of all [xxxxx] products. PS Technology Partnering drive the process automation and digitalisation portfolio end-to-end from use case assessments to implementation of our live solutions in Product Supply. PS Technology Partnering is among other areas responsible for designing and developing critical software solutions for development at the Microsoft Power Platform. The area is also responsible for setting up local units in line of business who can start developing their own solutions. The team in PS Technology Partnering where we are looking for a new Manager is named Power Platform Enablement. This team is responsible for driving a Process Automation Community to ensure inspiration, knowledge sharing, and partnering across areas in line of business. Moreover, the team provide digital process optimisation expertise to discover cross-functional automation use cases with significant impact. The team continuously explore and experiment with new digitalisation opportunities and tech in existing platforms, e.g., ML, Co-pilot, Process Mining.
