Apply now! The position As a Project Management Intern at the CTCU, you will work on a wide range of exciting tasks and assume a high degree of responsibility. For example, you will support our Global Project Directors on strategic cell therapy projects, global processes, and other ad hoc tasks related to supporting the global unit.
Your key focus areas include but are not limited to:
  • Supporting the cross-functional team meetings with meeting minutes and following up action log under the guidance of the Project Director(s)
  • Preparing presentation slides and communication agenda as well as updating project plan on time
  • Shadowing Project Director(s) and managing other ad hoc tasks to support the CTCU project
  • Practicalities:
  • Internship period: 6 months
  • Working hours: 18 - 37 hours a week (with flexibility depending on schoolwork)
  • Location: Søborg,Denmark
  • Internships are remunerated if your educational track allows it
  • A Danish full-time work permit is required for non-EU citizens
  • Students must be enrolled at a university through the entire internship period. Both the internship period and working hours will be flexible to accommodate school projects/exams. Qualifications
    You are a Student who is currently studying in the first or second year of your Master's studies in Business Administration or similar. We expect you to be fluent in both oral and written English, have personal judgment, and excellent interpersonal skills.
    Experience in the following is an asset, but not required:
  • PowerPoint
  • Excel
  • Project management
  • Business case financial modeling
  • You have outstanding academic, and extracurricular credentials and have a strong analytical mindset. Besides, you are curious, dedicated, and have a strong personal drive. As a person, you thrive in a busy work environment and bring a "can-do" attitude. Finally, you must have a strong work ethic and a willingness to take responsibility for your learning.
    About the department
    CTCU is the global central function driving the commercial model for bringing cell therapy to patients globally. CTCU is part of [xxxxx]’s Rare Disease Advanced Therapies and Integrated Solutions Department, which consists of 10 highly engaged Project Directors/Managers. As an Intern at CTCU, you will join a diverse team of highly professional and experienced colleagues working on various cell therapy projects.
