The role and its responsibilities
One of the top priorities within our Global Supply Chain organization is to ensure a successful delivery of our End-to-End Planning Transformation Program – Planning4Future. This is to ensure Supply Chain can support the ambitious plans ahead for [xxxxx]. The program includes the successful implementation of the advanced planning system OMP as well as the design and implementation of our new operating model and planning processes. This is a multiyear engagement introducing our new planning system in demand planning all the way to, S&OP, S&OE as well as operational planning. You will work in the Digital Supply Chain team reporting to the Director for Planning4Future in Digital Supply Chain. This organization belongs to the Global Supply Chain organization and work closely with our manufacturing teams and the Digital, Data and IT organization. To ensure we have a strong planning solution operational and that we have an organization that has been onboarded and trained is key for the success for Planning4Future. You will be driving the Planning4Future towards success of the program
Key responsibilities for your role will be:

Responsible for delivery of scope and timeline for the areas Emerging technologies, Contract Manufacturing and Sourcing.

Responsible to ensure stakeholder buy in and readiness

Contribute to end-to-end supply chain solution strategically as well as operationally

Project Manager of a track of approx. 20 people.

What are we looking for?
As our Project Manager Planning4Future you must be an experienced candidate who can continue our key planning program to ensure we have a strong operational planning setup in our global supply chain. Overall, we are looking for a candidate with great leadership skills, who can manage and build partnerships with stakeholders across [xxxxx]. We expect you to have:

Master’s degree in Supply chain, Finance Business, or another relevant field

Strong Leadership Skills

Exceptional stakeholder management competences

5 in project management positions

Ability to collaborate in a very diverse organization

Solid understanding of the end-to-end supply chain and preferably of the life science industry

As a person you have a high level of energy, a positive mind-set and are open towards other people and new ideas. You thrive in a dynamic and international environment with numerous tasks and changing priorities, while staying focused on details and managing deadlines.
