The position We are looking for a new colleague with a passion for motivation and coaching people in a technical domain area. You will be part of our management team, delivering digital solutions for complex processes to our colleagues in Product Supply. You will manage and develop a team of approx. 6 dedicated and talented employees and report to the Head of PS Industrial Metaverse Technologies. The position is based in Ballerup, Denmark. B.Sc, M.Sc. or equivalent in a relevant field

Demonstrated experience in leading people through direct reports as a Manager or People Lead, including experience with providing continuous feedback to team members’ goals and development plans

Competencies to lead a healthy, engaging, and inclusive work environment

Demonstrated experience with strategic goal setting

Excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management skills and acumen to present to a wider audience

A very structured approach to your work

Experience within Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe) and using Azure DevOps

You will be part of the central unit PS Industrial Metaverse Technologies, where we change the way we work in Product Supply. Product Supply is the largest organisational unit in [xxxxx] with 35,000+ employees globally across five continents, being responsible for the full supply chain of all [xxxxx] products. PS Industrial Metaverse Technologies is a unit assessing, maturing and implement technologies as Digital Twins, Augmented, and Virtual Reality. The unit is responsible for working closely with areas in Product Supply to implement pilot solutions and get them ready for scale across our production sites. The team in PS Industrial Metaverse Technologies where we are looking for a new Manager is named Digital Twins. This team is responsible for driving The Digital Twins strategy across Product Supply. We are working closely with suppliers across the industry to identify the most suitable platforms and solutions to support different use-cases such as Process Simulations and Virtual Commissioning of manufacturing plants and equipment.
