The role involves co-creating a vision and roadmap for technology and deployment, aligning with business goals and customer needs. The Serialisation Production is License to Operate for [xxxxx]. It requires prioritizing requirements, supporting the team in delivering value, and ensuring high wellbeing while managing workload. Additionally, stakeholder management and collaboration are crucial, involving and representing the customer, engaging with stakeholders, and facilitating communication to ensure alignment on product vision and goals. The role also necessitates managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and providing progress updates and feedback gathering. Summary of Responsibilities:
  • Co-create vision & roadmap (Technology and Deployment)
  • Define and communicate the long-term vision and strategy
  • Prioritize requirements and backlog and support the team in delivering value
  • Manage and engage with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
  • Ensure facilitation of agile events and apply feedback to enhance performance and progress in deliveries.
  • Competencies to bring:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, including experience in Pharmaceutical GxP area
  • Proficiency in Agile Methodology
  • Strong understanding of stakeholder management
  • Familiarity with product strategy development
  • As a person you should be a proactive, enabling effective identification, engagement, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment between product vision and stakeholder expectations. Additionally, the candidate should exhibit strong leadership qualities, fostering collaboration, motivation, and inspiration within the team. About the department

The Serialisation Production team is located in Bagsværd and our newly renovated and established DD&IT campus in Ballerup (Greater Copenhagen area), Denmark. Digital, Data & IT Product Supply, Production is anchored within the Digital, Data & IT organisation and has approx. 4.000 employees based in Denmark, India, US, China, France, and Brazil. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business, ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and support the [xxxxx] production solution needs worldwide. The focus in our team is to support strategic initiatives by delivering OT/Automation solutions and services for our production facilities.
