As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role as a member of a Development and Operations Team developing and maintaining innovative and seamless end-to-end processes across trial management. You will be part of a tight-knit Agile team working in accordance with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to effectively secure the business needs and Good Clinical Practice compliant trial management. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring that workflows and processes across the Veeva Clinical Suite deliver value and efficiency in the day-to-day work for clinical operations globally and their counterparts in clinical development
  • Ensuring seamless end-to-end processes across IT systems supporting clinical development, clinical supplies, and regulatory affairs
  • Testing the workflows as the system is developed and updated and take part in developing user-friendly communications and training material to enable users to smoothly perform their daily activities
  • Taking part in day-to-day support of end users as second-level support to the dedicated help desk

    We are looking for people with a positive and solution-oriented mind-set, who are curios and have the courage to make decisions and take calculated risks. If you do not shy away from trying out new things, and you are engaged in ensuring team goals and successes are achieved, then we might be looking for you. To thrive and succeed in this role, you also have:
  • A Master´s or Bachelor's degree within Health Sciences, Library Sciences, Engineering, IT, Business, or another relevant field
  • Several years of experience working as a Clinical Research Associate, Clinical Trial Associate, Trial Manager or Data Manager
  • Experience from working Agile (as an advantage)
  • Interest in Product Development and Design
