The position
In this position, you will act as a Central Translation Process Expert, being the main point of contact to relevant stakeholders across our global organisation.
You will be a part of a dynamic organisation, where you take ownership and responsibility for the activities related to the central translation process.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
  • Acting as the Process Owner of the central translation process - maintaining and further maturing the established process
  • Being the go-to person for process-related questions for colleagues worldwide and facilitate ad hoc training to end-users
  • Serving as point of contact for the external vendor regarding process-related topics
  • Supporting system change and upgrade activities
  • Chairing the Super User / Language Lead Network

  • Qualifications
    To thrive and succeed in this role, you should have:
  • A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in life sciences or another relevant field
  • Experience within Clinical Operations or Drug development
  • Ideally, experience working with the central translation process in [xxxxx]
  • A genuine interest working with various IT systems
  • Fluency in written and oral English

    Clinical Operations Office is a part of the Clinical Operations Expertise. We are a team of 23 dedicated colleagues with a shared interest in supporting our global clinical operation as well as optimising the processes for our product development projects.
