As a Senior Project Manager in the Executive Office, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives that have a significant impact on our organisation. Your main responsibilities will include:

Spearheading transformative projects that address critical business challenges within RQ&C, setting new industry standards

Fostering collaboration with leaders and key stakeholders, shaping the future through strategic decisions

Orchestrating project resources to deliver on ambitious goals, ensuring excellence in scope, time, quality, and budget

Empowering cross-functional project teams with clear direction and purpose, inspiring them to achieve collective success

The position is based in Søborg, Denmark and requires on-site presence. Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

At least 7 years of hands-on project management experience, adept in navigating cross-functional landscapes

Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools

A completed university degree

Experience in the pharmaceutical or other regulated industry is a plus

On a personal level, you have exceptional leadership and communication skills, you are capable of unifying diverse teams towards a common goal. Additionally, you have a collaborative spirit and ability to engage with stakeholders across all organisational levels. The Senior Project Manager position is part of the Project Management team in the RQ&C Executive Office. The department drives cross-organisational projects which transform our organisation, we act as trusted partners to the RQ&C leadership team helping them succeed with their strategic aspirations and delivering on critical business needs. The team consists of eight talented and ambitious project managers working across RQ&C and the wider Novo Nordisk Development organisation.
