The position You will join a dynamic team in Digital Finance and Architecture – a young and ambitious team located in Bagsværd, Denmark - part of Finance & Compliance, which is responsible for the financial reporting, compliance and driving digital transformation. As our new Scrum Master, you will foster a learning culture, and enhance team progress, ensuring a steady delivery flow. You will be the Scrum Master responsible for a DevOps scrum team with members located in Denmark and India, working on the development, implementation and maintenance of a finance data platform aimed towards the global organisation. You can expect to be responsible for:
  • Facilitating team events and ensuring efficient delivery by preparing, moderating, and postprocessing discussions
  • Reviewing and potentially redesigning the current processes to fit the team’s needs
  • Creating and maintaining an efficient backlog management in Azure DevOps
  • Monitoring of delivery progress by defining and implementing the right KPI’s
  • Participating and engaging in stakeholder collaboration and communication
  • To succeed in this role, you must embrace the servant leader mindset, empowering people to change without formal authority. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, as the team members and stakeholders across the organisation, are located globally. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we expect you to have most of the following:
  • An academic background in a relevant field such as Business-IT, Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Profound experience with Lean-Agile methodologies, ideally certified in Scaled Agile Scrum Master/SAFe DevOps
  • Experience with technical IT delivery teams formed by different profiles such as Developers, Functional Experts, Testers or similar
  • Capacity to effectively build followership and coach a team to adapt the agile practices, principles, and values
  • Ability to engage with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, and actively drive cross-collaborative initiatives and build communities
  • As a person, you have a high degree of independence and high-quality mindset - can effectively plan, prioritise, execute, follow up in a proactive and timely manner.
