Subject Matter Expert - High Voltage Systems

The position You will be an integral part of our High Voltage Team within the Power-To-Site portfolio, and will support the projects within the areas of High Voltage Systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

Acting as a specialist within this area and working closely with our engineering partner

Supporting operations and the ongoing operation and maintenance of our high voltage systems on our 6 major production sites

Participating in projects and offering your knowledge to a wide range of stakeholders

Security of power supply, scalability and sustainability is a common denominator for all our Power-To-Site projects. This role is based in Bagsværd and you can expect to work at all Danish production sites. Qualifications Preferably you hold a master’s degree in engineering with 5+ years of experience within area of High Voltage systems, in a TSO, DSO or an engineering company, with a demonstrated solid know-how about high voltage systems. You might have a broad knowledge of the engineering landscape within facility management and are well-informed about the newest trends in the field of energy supplies across all engineering disciplines. We expect you to:

Have solid experience within energy design, energy infrastructure or utility installations

Be structured and skilled in navigating high complexity

Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, to utilise when participating in projects

Have senior stakeholder management experience

Be fluent in spoken and written English and Danish

Be able to motivate yourself and your project team

You work systematically, logically and proactively, and are robust and capable of handling a high-paced and complex work environment without losing oversight and motivation.
