The Position As Lead Supply Flexibility Partner, you will be responsible for implementing and driving the strategic framework between long term allocation, regulatory submission plans and our Mid Term planning processes in close collaboration with important stakeholders throughout the organisation. As part of your role, you will be responsible for:
  • Translating supply chain strategy, and supply chain constraints, into supply flexibility strategy to guide planning and decision processes in Mid Term Planning
  • Facilitate cross functional prioritization and monitoring of business critical projects impacting product supply and flexibility
  • Setting and monitoring targets for supply flexibility initiatives/projects both short- and long-term and communicating them effectively
  • Qualifications Our ideal candidate has:
  • A relevant masters degree within supply chain, business management or similar
  • At least 8 years of experience planning and/or project management within a pharmaceutical or MedTech company
  • Strong business acumen and experience with senior stakeholder management along with a holistic approach to problem solving
  • Experience with regulatory affairs is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Manage complex challenges to ensure problem solving and significantly improve and change methods and techniques in processes and systems
  • Able to exercise change management to pursue known or unknown solutions and implement solutions in areas that can be both willing and unwilling to implement the change
  • As a person you have a high level of energy, a positive mind-set and are open towards other people and new ideas. You thrive in a dynamic and international environment with numerous tasks and changing priorities, while staying focused on details and managing strict deadlines. You have good process understanding and the ability to work in a structured and independent manner.
