The position
As an Engineering Project Lead, you will have the opportunity to collaborate and manage the engineering partner, aligning program standard development with Fill and Finish Expansion (FFEx) sites. You will support the management of the full lifecycle, construction execution, and transition into the operational facility in cooperation with the Finished Product (FP) Module Lead.
You will also help to establish, prepare, implement, revise, and maintain engineering standards and procedures related to engineering and facilities. You will be assisting in implementing and maintaining compliant procedures, ensuring adherence to Fill and Finish Expansion (FFEx) standards and Novo Nordisk quality standards as well as FDA and EU pharma requirements. In addition, you will be responsible for facilitating effective cross-functional collaboration and assisting in reviewing engineering designs.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Solid experience in engineering operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Construction and/or engineering background.
  • Extensive knowledge of engineering standards and procedures.
  • Familiarity with FDA and EU pharma requirements.
  • On top of that, you have excellent communication and collaboration skills. You are detail-oriented and have strong collaboration and problem-solving skills and you thrive in a global and cross-cultural environment. About the department
