The position
As a Senior Engineering Manager at [xxxxx], you will be responsible for ensuring the development of standards for Finished Product (FP) Modules, project schedules and project risks.
You will be leading and managing a team of engineers and designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design strategies, ensure high-quality design deliverables, and oversee the design process from concept to implementation and manage the change process for the standard Finished Product (FP) Modules.
Additionally, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and that they adhere to quality standards, policies, and regulations. On top of that, you will be expected to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and team members and continuously improve project management processes and practices.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.
  • 10+ years of experience in leading and managing engineering operations.
  • Solid knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Experience in implementing best practices in agile methodologies, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Other than that, in your personal life, you possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Please also note that fluent spoken and written English is a prerequisite.
